1. ORDERING PROCESS

All advertisements on the Site are invitations to purchase and not offers to sell.

Happy Fairy Tale reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept or reject the order once the order form has been completed and submitted.

Receipt of your order will be confirmed via an automatic e-mail to the e-mail address associated with your account. Such e-mail is a confirmation that your order has been received by Happy Fairy Tale but does not constitute acceptance of your order. Happy Fairy Tale reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason and Happy Fairy Tale will contact you at the e-mail address provided in the order form of its decision to accept or reject your order. In the event that Happy Fairy Tale rejects the order, Happy Fairy Tale will have no obligation to fulfill your order and you will have no obligation to pay Happy Fairy Tale for the order.

2. AVAILABILITY

The purchase of products on the Site is subject to availability. In the event that Happy Fairy Tale advises you that such products are no longer available, Happy Fairy Tale will have no obligation to fulfill your order and you will have no obligation to pay Happy Fairy Tale for the order.

3. SITE INFORMATION AND PRODUCT

We try to ensure that the information posted on this Site is correct and up-to-date. We reserve the right to change or make corrections to any of the information provided on this Site at any time and without any prior warning. We cannot, and do not, guarantee the correctness, precision, thoroughness or completeness of any of the information available on this Site, nor will we be liable for any inaccuracy or omission concerning any of the information provided on this Site.

4. PRICE

You agree to pay Happy Fairy Tale the total amount communicated to you over the website which will be set out in your invoice (the “Fee”). The Fee is quoted in USD.

5. METHODS OF PAYMENT

When playing an order, your billing address must correspond to the address of your credit card, otherwise we will not be able to process your order. Gift cards and gift certificates will not be applicable on the Site.

6. SHIPMENT

Happy Fairy Tale online store items will be shipped globally from our aligned store located in Taiwan via EMS(postal services) or other delivery services.

Your order will be shipped to the address specified by you during the order process. Happy Fairy Tale is not responsible for any loss of the products following shipment from Happy Fairy Tale’s or its agents’ or mandataries’ facilities to your delivery address.

Please note that we are not responsible for customs fees nor can we advise about the rules regarding customs fees for any country.

8. SHIPPING TO APO or FPO address

To inquire about shipments within the U.S. APO or FPO addresses, please feel free to contact us.

9. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Since it is a handmade product using natural pearls or gemstones, the details, shape, and color are slightly different one by one.

Unless the product is defective, we cannot accept returns for any reasons.

9. PRIVACY

Happy Fairy Tale’s personal information practices on the Site are governed by Happy Fairy Tale’s Privacy Policy that your information will be used for the sole purpose of completing your order and will not share your information with any other party.

10. CHANGES TO TERMS OF PURCHASEて

（４）If you violate the terms of service for your order on our site, or if any of the following reasons, we may cancel your application at our discretion. In addition, please note that we may decline future orders.

If you make a false declaration to us.
If you do not pay the fee or refuse to receive the ordered product.
When we judge that the purchase is for profit or resale.
If you are a customer who has a dispute regarding a past order.
If you have violated the terms of service before.
In addition, when we judge that it is an inappropriate purchase.

12. GENERAL

Except for the Terms of Use which govern your use of the Site, these Terms of Purchase along with your purchase order/invoice are the entire agreement between you and Happy Fairy Tale with respect to any purchase made by you on the Site and supersede all previous agreements, understandings and representations relating thereto.

No failure by Happy Fairy Tale to exercise any rights, powers or remedies hereunder or its delay to do so will constitute a waiver of these rights, powers or remedies, and all waivers will be in writing. The single or partial exercise of a right, power or remedy will not prevent its subsequent exercise or the exercise of any other right, power or remedy. If any provision of this Agreement or part thereof is or becomes illegal, invalid or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, the illegality, invalidity or unenforceability of that provision will not affect the legality, validity or enforceability of the remainder of the provision or the remaining provisions of this Agreement, as the case may be, or the legality, validity or enforceability of that provision or part thereof in any other jurisdiction.

Happy Fairy Tale will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of its obligations under these Terms of Purchase if such delay or failure is due to causes beyond its control.
